Alison Forsythe is an industry veteran with over 20 years of management experience in the IT sector. In her current role, Alison is responsible for the general management of the Exact Macola division, overseeing software development, sales, marketing, support and consulting services.
Prior to joining Exact Macola, Alison led the enterprise market expansion efforts at SMART Technologies as the Managing Director, Americas. Prior to SMART Technologies, Alison served as Vice President, Americas Channel Sales for CA Technologies, a global provider of enterprise IT management software, driving significant revenue growth in addition to reengineering financial and operational processes. Alison also served in various sales leadership positions throughout a nine-year career at GE Commercial Finance. During her tenure with GE, she was responsible for managing a $1B sales division with GE Access, a worldwide distributor of Sun Microsystems and other complementary IT products. She later joined GE Vendor Financial Services where she led the sales division, responsible for developing and providing financing solutions to Sun Microsystems channel partners and end user clients.
Alison holds a BA in Mathematics from Queens College in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was recognized by GE as key talent for 3 consecutive years from 2000 through 2002, and received her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification during her tenure at GE.
Director of Services Sales
Philip Bini serves as Director of Services Sales for Exact Macola. Philip is responsible for leading a segment of the consulting services organization throughout Exact Americas. Philip's team is responsible for improving the customer experiences by developing business opportunities and delivering technology solutions to businesses with Exact investments.
Philip has been with Exact Macola for 15 years and has held multiple roles within the consulting services organization. Prior to joining Exact, his experience includes consulting in food, retail, printing, industrial food equipment and aerospace industries.
Philip has a Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) with APICS, a leading professional association for supply chain and operations management. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Sales Management.
Alex Braverman is the Business Controller for Exact. He is responsible for business planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for Exact Macola as well as Exact's other Specialized Solutions within the Americas.
Alex previously served as Vice President of Finance for Exact North America, and has held several additional roles including Vice President, Finance and Assistant Treasurer of Monotype Imaging, a software company focused on font design; Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Mercury Computer Systems, a supplier of real-time image and digital signal processing computer systems; and as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of NMS Communications Corporation, a provider of technologies and solutions for converged and mobile networks.
Alex holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Framingham State College and an MBA from Bentley College.
Director of Marketing
Gracey leads the team that tells the Macola story, including brand positioning, messaging, segmentation and overall marketing strategy. She also drives demand generation, creating marketing campaigns to promote Macola and generate buzz around the product to create demand. Before joining Exact, Gracey was Digital Marketing Strategist at Tishman Speyer, a global leader in real estate investment. Prior to that position, she held marketing roles at Viacom, Spafinder, Indeed and was an Adjunct Professor for Integrated Marketing at NYU. Gracey holds a BS in Communications from the University of North Florida and is certified in SEO, Social Media and Web Analytics.
Director of Finance and Administration
Karen Dover is the Director of Finance and Administration for the Exact Shared Services organization throughout the Americas, responsible for managing the financial operations of Specialized Solutions, Business Solutions and Cloud Solutions. Karen previously served as CFO for CMC, an international business development organization that assists technology companies with establishing sales and distribution capabilities in the United States; as Corporate Vice President of Finance for Sterling Commerce, Inc.; as Director of Finance for Sterling Software, Inc.; and in various other financial positions within the technology industry.
Karen received her financial and business education from Franklin University's Ross College of Business and The Ohio State University's John Glenn School of Public Affairs.
General Counsel, Americas
Robin Foster, Esq., serves as the General Counsel for the Exact Shared Services organization throughout the Americas. Robin has practiced law for over 14 years, specializing in software/IT licensing and legal staff management. He previously worked for JPMorgan Chase as VP, Sourcing Manager, Global Enterprise Technology and has also served as Counsel, Manager for IBM Software Group and as Associate Attorney, Intellectual Property for Frost Brown Todd, LLC.
Robin holds a BA in Public Administration from Miami University and earned his JD from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Highland Heights, Kentucky.
Director of Product Management
Dan Griffin serves as the Director of Product Management. Dan is responsible for shaping product direction, driving development and analyzing potential third-party partner relationships. Dan previously held the Sr. Product Marketing role at Exact Macola where he devised messaging for Exact Macola 10. Dan spent the majority of his career at IBM where he spent 15 years in both Quality Assurance and Product Marketing.
He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, is a Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance), Certified Product Manager (Pragmatic Marketing) and has received two patents for his work at IBM.
Director of Sales
Phillip Motsinger is Director of Sales for the Exact Macola field sales team. He is also responsible for leading the company’s partner-centric go-to-market strategy in which he oversees all channel sales operations. Prior to joining Exact Macola, Phillip held several leadership positions within the IT industry including Director of Sales at Stonesoft/McAfee; Regional Sales Manager at Compuware; and Director of Channel Sales at Computer Associates.
Phillip received the USAF ROTC scholarship to the University of South Florida, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems with a minor in International Economics.
Director of Development
Derek Ochs is Director of Development responsible for software development and deployment, quality assurance and documentation for all Exact Macola solutions. Derek is an IT professional with more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, and IT management. His career ranges from writing code for successful startups to managing agile enterprise-wide IT teams for Fortune 500 companies. Derek has designed and implemented systems in the marketing, financial, retail, telecom, and healthcare industries and has worked on back-end data integrations, warehousing systems, big data, and web based front ends. Most recently Derek was the principal architect at a start-up business in the Columbus, OH area which led to an acquisition by eBay. His motto: if you’re not delivering, you’re not developing!
Director of Consulting Services
Kenneth came to his current role from the position of director of sales and sales senior executive at Macola, which included leading sales for the western U.S. and LATAM regions. Kenneth joined Exact, in 2011, as senior business consultant and team lead. Prior to Macola, Kenneth was director of technology for Baker Triangle, a leader in the commercial construction market where he provided technical leadership and process improvements.
Kenneth has completed many courses in sales and communications from Miller Heiman and others and earned his MBA in 2011.
Director of Human Resources
Nikki Warren is the Director of Human Resources for Exact, responsible for supporting 4 business units and 300 employees within the Americas. With over 15 years in Human Resources experience, Nikki seeks to maximize employee involvement and business success by using fresh, innovative and proven strategies. Prior to joining Exact, Nikki spent 12 years in HR leadership within distribution and manufacturing environments for companies such as Amazon and Target.
Nikki holds a BA in Human Resources from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama.
Director of Customer Services
Deedra Wetherholt is the Director of Customer Services. She is responsible for leading the customer support organization to drive high quality, accurate, and timely issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction. She also manages the professional services team. Deedra has more than 20 years of experience in customer support, project management, consulting services, training, and development. She is a Project Management Institute certified Project Manager and Agile Practitioner. Prior to joining Exact, Deedra held roles as Vice President of Research and Development, and Vice President of Operations for a leading ERP provider for local government software. Her passion for customer service excellence helped them to become recognized as a provider of best in class customer support.
Director of Alliances and Channel Development
Lisa is responsible for the development of programs for - and the recruiting and onboarding of - the Macola channel and alliance partners. Since 2010, Lisa has been an integral member of the channel strategy team, helping the company identify and form longstanding relationships with key partners and solution providers.
Lisa began her career at The Kent Group, a Macola reseller, where she was general manager for 13 years. Following her time at The Kent Group, Lisa joined Exact as the regional general manager for the northeast and Canada subsidiaries.
