In most cases, when purchasing your ECi business software you enter into an ECi maintenance agreement. This maintenance agreement strives to perfectly match your software with the needs of your organization. The agreement covers:

Most ECi software packages require a maintenance agreement, however in the case of some solutions this is optional.
